    1,007 sq ft which can be combined up to 8,328 sq ft

The first units will be ready for occupation at the end of May 2008.


In terms of other opportunities within Kingsmead Business Park:-

  • Planning consent has been granted on the two acre site adjoining the Shaftesbury to Gillingham road for development of a motor dealership facility.
  • The remaining land (circa 4 acres) is available for development of new office/industrial/warehouse buildings on a design and build basis to suit occupiers requirements from 5,000 sq ft upwards. These will be available to lease or to purchase.
